The rooms at Stroom are seriously hip and trendy. I loved the funky decor and the cozy vibes. It made me feel like I was part of the cool crowd, and who doesn't want that? Plus, the free WiFi and delicious room service were the cherry on top!

Personally, I found the free bottled water a bit too fancy for my taste. But hey, I know some people appreciate that little touch of luxury, so it's just me being picky.

Modern room

My room was very hot and there are no windows that can open. I did not sleep well due to the heet (22 C).

We were able to visit boijmans van beuningen museum that was adjacent to the hotel. Extremely comfy bed.

The staff here are friendly, and we were conveniently close to some of our favorite spots like the boijmans van beuningen museum.

Location, good design of old industrial building turned into a new urban hip hotel, and nice staff

The concept of reusing industrial buildings works fine but the details were not good. Open drain for the shower meant you had to have the air conditioning on all the time to take away the bad smell of drains - not at all good. Also the shower leaked water onto the floor because of a design fault - simple to alter but not done. Bathroom was scrappy. All this took away from the oter good parts.

Convenient location near transportation, attractions, and stores. Clean and efficient accommodations with friendly bilingual staff. Quiet and restful atmosphere. Excellent breakfast options. Comfortable beds and powerful showers.

Modern concept design and good architectural innovation. different. well prepared for couples enjoying a weekend together.

reception staff are untrained in what to do and blunt. althought the design is quircky, it is not optimum and could have made better use of space.

The hotel's location is great, situated close to the city center, right next door to the Euromast tower, and on Rotterdam's trendy waterfront. Rooms are comfortable and come with excellent showers. the breakfast is freshly cooked on request, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious lunches. Some rooms have huge windows allowing for stunning views. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Some rooms do not have windows, which might be disappointing for some guests.

Some small problems with stained cushions, no phone in the room, window can't be opened, so airco only. 30 min walk from downtown (but subway and tram nearby).

Lovely setup, unique industrial design, spacious rooms, friendly staff, excellent beds and pillows.

Loft style room which makes that the ventilation of the bathroom is very noisy, like when you fly in an airplane. Airco in the room can be switched off, but the ventilation in the bathroom not. As there are no doors the noise is unacceptable. If you would be deaf, then the room is nice.
